Describes the philosophy and work of Japanese architect, Arata Isozaki. Shows the blend of ancient and modern, of Japanese and foreign elements in his designs. Filmed almost entirely in Japan, this film follows Isozaki as he revisits the most important buildings of his career, one of which is the Fujimi Country Club, designed in the shape of a question mark as an architectural joke about Japan's obsession with golf.
VHS format.
