An increasing number of social researchers talk about employee engagement and realize the importance of employee engagement. However, comparatively fewer empirical studies focused on antecedents and consequences of employee engagement. The purpose of the study is to test the model of antecedents and consequences of employee engagement and find out relationships among variables based on social theory.
