Bumbling Inspector Clouseau pursues a jewel thief, who is, in fact, engaged in an affair with the inspector's wife.
French inspector Clouseau came to Switzerland to arrest the Phantom who stole the rare Pink Panther's gem. The inspector, knocking over vases at every turn, was at one time thought to be thief himself and put in prison. A successful comedy filled with hilarious episodes, fascinating characters and intriguing suspense.
